Our primary service is the provision of contract cleaning to office and commercial premises. We can also provide one off cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and a cleaning consultancy for clients and other cleaning companies. We offer speciality services to cater for the unique needs of the Property / Block Management sector. The cleaning of the communal areas in both commercial and residential properties is an reflection on its tenants and we currently work on behalf of a number of managing agents. The cleaning of an End of Tenancy for a Letting Agents property requires specific methods to ensure the highest standard is achieved to enable the outgoing tenant to retain their deposit and the incoming tenant to move into a professionally cleaned home. We operate a very specialised service of Clinical Waste treatments, collections and disposals - it is illegal to dispose of clinical waste inappropriatly, let us take care of any spillages or discarded syringes.
